Stormwater Sydney continues to operate during the COVID-19 Crisis. We see it as important to continue to serve our clients and keep our staff at work where possible.
We have though, put in a series of measures in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and clients. These include;
For our Clients during COVID-19
- The restriction of interaction between our workers and clients.
- Inspections being undertaken by videoconferencing, video, phone as well as our traditional methods.
- Where clients are in isolation, we are restricting any site access to the household and will only undertake activities outside of the household.
- Where clients are in isolation, we can provide amenities services for our staff. (eg toilets and cleaning).
For our Workers during COVID-19
- The restriction of interaction between our workers and clients.
- The practising of social distancing where possible between staff.
- An increase in cleaning and washing.
- Inspections being undertaken by videoconferencing, video, phone as well as our traditional methods.
- Office staff working from the most convenient location
