An aged care facility at Mosman was suffering from an onsite detention system that didn’t work. A detailed assessment by Stormwater Sydney found that the cast in place structure still had the formwork in place. The pipework was at the wrong level and the orifice plates had never been set up. Three days later, the system was operating as designed and compliant with Council regulations
Manufacturing Facility Minchinbury
A new manufacturing facility at Minchinbury was required by Blacktown Council to enter into a five-year maintenance agreement on its new stormwater and rainwater systems. These include roof drainage, ODS’s, detention basins and rainwater tanks.
Street Drainage Potts Point
A house at Potts Point required the replacement of the drainage from the property to the street. The drainage had been damaged by the NBN. The replacement required permission of Sydney City Council, Road Opening Permits and the restoration to Councils Standards.
